You control the profile information that you provide to Gtech VCard.

To provide secure access to your Gtech VCard account, we may process information such as:

• Mobile number
• Email address
• User or account identifier
• Password
• Login and session information
• Account status

This information is used to authenticate your account, maintain your login session, protect your account, and provide access to Gtech VCard features.

Your password is not displayed as part of your public digital visiting card.

Gtech VCard may be used by individual users as well as users associated with a company or business account.

If your Gtech VCard account is provided or managed through a company, certain account-related information may be associated with that company, such as:

• Your company name
• Company logo
• Your account status
• Your assigned Gtech VCard plan
• Your digital visiting-card profile

Depending on the company setup, authorized company users may be able to manage Gtech VCard accounts associated with their organization.

Gtech VCard allows you to create a digital visiting card that can be shared with customers, clients, colleagues, or other contacts.

Information that you add to your public digital visiting card may be visible to anyone who receives or accesses your:

• Public profile link
• QR code
• Shared digital visiting card
• WhatsApp share
• Other message containing your Gtech VCard profile link

You should only add information to your public Gtech VCard profile that you are comfortable making available to others.

Gtech VCard may generate a QR code linked to your public digital visiting-card profile.

When another person scans your QR code, they may be directed to your public Gtech VCard page.

The QR code is used primarily to provide convenient access to your public digital visiting card.

Gtech VCard may allow you to share your digital visiting card through WhatsApp or other sharing methods available through your device or browser.

Third-party services may include:

• WhatsApp
• Email applications
• Messaging applications
• Social media services
• Other applications available through your device's sharing functionality

Gtech VCard does not control how third-party services use information after you choose to share it with them.

Their respective privacy policies and terms apply.

Your public Gtech VCard may include a Save Contact option.

When a visitor chooses this option, Gtech VCard may generate a contact file containing information made available on your digital visiting card, such as:

• Your name
• Mobile number
• Email address
• Company name
• Address
• Website
• Certain social-profile information

The visitor may then choose whether to save that information to their own device.

Gtech VCard does not automatically add your information to another person's contacts.

Gtech VCard may allow you to add a business address or location to your digital visiting card.

Location information may be used to:

• Display your business location
• Provide a location button on your profile
• Open a map or navigation service
• Help visitors find your business

If a device-location feature is available and you choose to use it, location access will only be requested where required for that feature.

You can manage location permissions through your device settings.

Gtech VCard may allow you to select and upload images such as:

• Profile photographs
• Company logos

If required by your device operating system, the application may request permission to access photos or media so that you can select an image.

This access is used for the profile-related functionality you choose to use.

Gtech VCard may maintain information related to digital visiting-card sharing activity.

This may include information such as:

• Date and time of sharing
• Recipient mobile number where entered for sharing
• User associated with the share
• Profile-sharing activity
• Sharing method or related transaction information

Sharing-history information may be used to show your sharing history, provide application functionality, troubleshoot issues, improve the service, and help protect the platform against misuse.

Gtech VCard may process information related to your account subscription, including:

• Plan name
• Plan validity
• Subscription start and expiry dates
• Renewal information
• Account status

Where applicable, payment-related records may also be maintained for account administration, subscription history, or accounting purposes.

Payment and subscription details are not displayed publicly on your digital visiting card.

Gtech VCard may use your registered email address to send service-related communications including:

Your public Gtech VCard is designed to make selected professional information easy to share.

Public information may include:

You are responsible for deciding which information you want to include in your public profile.

We do not sell or rent your personal information.

We may use third-party service providers where reasonably necessary to operate Gtech VCard, including:

• Website and application hosting providers
• Cloud infrastructure providers
• Email-delivery providers
• Mapping services
• Technical infrastructure providers
• Security or monitoring providers

Information may also be disclosed where required by applicable law or where reasonably necessary to protect Gtech VCard, its users, or others.

A Gtech VCard profile may contain links to external services including:

Gtech VCard is not responsible for the privacy practices, security, content, or availability of third-party services.

However, no internet-based service, electronic transmission, or storage system can guarantee absolute security.

You are responsible for protecting your login credentials and the device used to access your account.

• Provide Gtech VCard services
• Maintain subscription and transaction records
• Maintain security records
• Provide customer support

When information is no longer reasonably required, it may be deleted or anonymized.

You may update supported profile information through the Edit Profile functionality available in Gtech VCard.

You should keep your account and digital visiting-card information accurate and current.

Gtech VCard provides a way to request deletion of your account.

After a valid account-deletion request is processed, personal information associated with your account will be deleted or anonymized where reasonably possible.

Certain information may be retained where required for:

• Legal obligations
• Accounting requirements
• Security purposes
• Fraud prevention
• Dispute resolution
• Regulatory requirements

Information previously shared with third parties may remain in their possession and cannot necessarily be removed by Gtech VCard.

For example, if another person previously saved your contact information to their phone, Gtech VCard cannot remove that contact from their device.

Depending on applicable law, you may have rights relating to your personal information, including:

• Correct inaccurate information

• Request account deletion
• Request deletion of eligible personal information
• Withdraw device permissions

• Photo or media access for selecting a profile photo or company logo
• Location access if you choose to use a feature requiring device location

You can review, allow, or revoke application permissions through your device settings.

Gtech VCard is designed primarily for professional, business, networking, and digital visiting-card purposes.

The service is not specifically directed toward children.

We do not knowingly seek to collect personal information from children where parental or guardian consent would be legally required.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect:

• Changes to our business practices
